FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item does not meet your expectations, or

  • You wish to exchange it for another Emryl piece

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for a free return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and protective materials must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

Once received, all returned items undergo a quality inspection before approval.

BEAUTY & MAKEUP PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Makeup and beauty products are eligible for return or exchange only if unopened and unused

  • Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Refund processing begins after the returned item passes inspection

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) and customs duties are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.

QUALITY & NATURAL VARIATIONS

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur

  • These variations are inherent to the design and are not considered defects

FINAL DISCRETION

Emryl reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy or show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.
